The program incorporates the latest research and treatments to strengthen comprehensive, interprofessional, and patient-centered care throughout the continuum of the disease. Each person (and interprofessional team) will create a tailored plan that can be implemented immediately upon their return. Team Training is an interactive 3-day in person training to educate team members on Best practices for Parkinson’s careMaximize team communication and collaborationGain a better understanding of the roles of different team members and how they can collectively provide better patient outcomes.The program features: Discipline-specific breakouts Team case-study sessions Q&A sessions with panels of people living with Parkinson’s and care partners Networking with others across the country who provide care to people with Parkinson’s Those who complete the 2026 Team Training course, along with those who have completed a past Team Training (or ATTP) course, are immediately eligible to attend the Advanced Team Training course.
