A generous donor has made Team Training  scholarships possible to cover registration and hotel expenses (if needed) for Parkinson's professional healthcare team members within the U.S. to attend 2026 Team Training (October 19-21) or Advanced Team Training (October 22-23) in Reston, VA.

Please note that to attend the Advanced Team Training program, the attendee must have completed Team Training in the past or attend the 2026 Team Training. *

Scholarships are limited in number and are on a first come first serve basis. Hotel room nights are not guaranteed to be covered if the hotel room block is full. 

Scholarship Coverage

• Registration fee for 1 program ($600 is waived). Scholarships apply to either 2026 Team Training Program, OR Advanced Team Training Program, but not both for the same person. 

• If applicable, hotel stay ($179 & taxes per night) for up to 4 nights for Team Training on October 18, 19, 20 and 21, or up to 2 nights for Advanced Team Training on October 22 and 23 (Room nights outside of the Sheraton Reston Hotel are not eligible for compensation.. Room nights are not guaranteed if the Parkinson’s Foundation room block is full). 

• Scholarship covers a maximum of 3 attendees per institution (or local partner institution where you refer your patients).  

Eligibility Criteria

NOTE: Only 1 application per team. Scholarship covers 2 or up to 3 team members. (Please be prepared to enter your information and the information of your colleagues to complete this form.)  

• Must be a team working within the U.S. attending either program or split across the programs (i.e. 1 team member attends Team Training and 2 team members attend Advanced Team Training, or any combination of 2 or up to 3 team members). 

• Team members for the scholarship must represent at least two different accepted disciplines listed for this program.
