A generous donor has made Team Training  scholarships possible to cover registration and hotel expenses (if needed) for Parkinson's care team members within the U.S. to attend 2025 Team Training (October 20-22) or Advanced Team Training (October 23-24) in Denver, CO.  

Please note that to attend the Advanced Team Training program, the attendee must have completed Team Training in the past or attend the 2025 Team Training. *

Scholarship Coverage

• Registration fee for 1 program ($550 is waived). Scholarships apply to either program, but not both.
• If applicable, hotel stay ($225 & taxes per night) for up to 4 nights for Team Training, or up to 2 nights for Advanced Team Training (stays outside of the program hotel are not eligible.) 
• Scholarship covers maximum of 3 attendees per institution (or local partner institution where you refer your patients) 

Eligibility Criteria

NOTE: Only 1 application per team of three. (Please be prepared to enter your information and the information of your colleagues.) 

• Part of a team of 3 within the U.S. attending either program or split across the programs (i.e. 1 team member attends Team Training and 2 team members attend Advanced Team Training, or any combination of 3 team members).
• Team attending has at least two different disciplines represented.
