Chapter Board Training

Chapter boards are critical to advancing our mission to enhance the lives of individuals living with Parkinson's disease.

This training includes a series of online webinars covering essential information on chapter board operations, activities, and expectations. This course is mandatory for all chapter board members. It is self-paced, and your individual progress will be saved. The training includes video slide presentations and reflection prompts.  

This course will take approximately one hour to complete.

Target Audience

This course is intended for current Parkinson’s Foundation chapter board members.

Learning Objectives

The primary learning objectives of this training are to:

  • Educate chapter board members about standard operating procedures that will enable them to effectively implement our strategic plan in their chapter.
  • Empower chapter board members with the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully lead their chapters, drive fundraising efforts, and recruit new volunteers.
