Parkinson’s disease is a complex, progressive condition that affects each person differently. Many individuals in senior living communities or receiving home care are in the mid to late stages of Parkinson’s, requiring specialized support.
This course equips staff with the essential knowledge and practical strategies to deliver customized care to individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion, staff will be able to:
- Recognize motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease to understand the variability in presentation from person to person.
- Identify care strategies that support medication timing and daily living activities for people with Parkinson’s.
- Implement the TULIPS Approach™ throughout the continuum of Parkinson’s care.
