Community Partners in Parkinson’s Care is a national program designed to educate and prepare care staff to provide optimal support for people living with Parkinson’s disease (PD) in care communities.

Through expert training, measurable outcomes, and a commitment to compassionate care, we help senior living communities and home care agencies create environments where residents and clients with Parkinson’s can thrive.

What the Program Offers

Community Partners in Parkinson’s Care provides access to the Parkinson’s Foundation Care Staff Curriculum, a proprietary training designed specifically for staff working with individuals living with PD.

Our program focuses on practical, day-to-day strategies that make a measurable difference:

  • Mobility Support – promoting safe, effective movement strategies to reduce risk.
