Staying Healthy as a Care Partner
Managing your own health and well being while supporting your loved one with Parkinson’s disease sometimes doesn’t feel like a priority.
It can help to remind yourself that in order to care for your loved one, you must also care for yourself. This course explores self-care, time management, and finding resources and support as you work towards integrating your own care into your caregiving routine.
