Dan Novak, PhD
Dan Novak was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2008. He received a B.B.A. in Marketing and Administrative Management from the University of North Texas and MBA from the University of Dallas, and he completed his PhD in Leadership and Organization Behavior at Regent University in 2008. Dan worked at IBM for 31 years, and he has fulfilled various roles in academia and leadership, including teaching full-time in accelerated MBA and doctoral programs, serving as Chair of the Business Department at South University, developing graduate curricula, publishing papers, leading workshops for senior executives and entire divisions, and mentoring young leaders. Dan currently volunteers with the Parkinson's Foundation and serves as the President of the Advisory Board for the South-Central Chapter.
