I grew up in Minnesota and have made North Carolina my home for the past forty four years. My wife Suzanne and I raised two boys who are now fathers to our five grandchildren. My career involved directing residential treatment facilities for adolescents and mental health administration. I am retired and enjoy my time with friends and family, playing guitar, hiking, and kayaking.
