The Role of Sleep

Most people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) have trouble getting a good night’s sleep.

Understanding the many possible reasons your loved one with Parkinson’s isn’t sleeping well and what can be done to address these challenges can help you both. This course discusses challenges with sleep, how care partners are often impacted, and ways to address these problems.

Target Audience
