Physical Therapy Models of Care and Assessment

Chapter Two explores current physical therapy models of care and assessment to meet the growing needs of people with Parkinson's throughout the continuum.

This chapter also reviews strategies to overcome common barriers to exercise and physical activity in people with Parkinson’s along with the assessment-based wearable technologies used by clinicians to develop effective rehabilitation strategies and interventions for balance and gait disorders.
